Eva Nafekh, CHRP
Eva Nafekh is a bilingual Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience enabling organizations to leverage their talents and develop engaged and customer focused workplaces.
Recognized for her ability to mobilize people at all levels of the organization, Eva empowers teams to find solutions that enhance workplace effectiveness.
Prior to becoming a Consultant, Eva has held various HR roles within large and global organizations. She started her career in Talent acquisition, and subsequently transitioned to HR Business Partner and Organizational Development roles.
She has a solid track record with her clients for optimizing current processes and tools, as well as designing customized HR business solutions such as new employee integration, recruitment and talent development programs. Eva has partnered with organizations for the implementation of HRIS (Workday and Dayforce), reviewed HR and payroll processes, system role design and system configuration aligned with the business needs. She has been involved in Benefits programs redesign and implementation, acquisitions, employee engagement surveys and plans, as well as designing and delivering leadership training.
Eva has varied experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, information technology, public and retail sectors. She also teaches Human Resources at Concordia University.
Eva holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Relations (Université de Montreal) and a Master degree in Educational Technology (Concordia University). She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Change Management Practitioner and is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
